Noelle has passed over the Rainbow Bridge She died in my arms while I was holding her close. I will miss her dearly as she was such a sweet little girl. Zaphod, Bo and Bella all got to see as I put her in their cage. Bo gave her many kisses as she was his snuggle buddy. Bella put her head on Noelle and just laid there with her. It was as if she was sad about it. Zaphod just sniffed. I don't know if he knew what was going on or not but he was searching the cage this morning with a sense of urgency. I'm just heartbroken. I loved that little girl with all my heart. She was a bright ray of sunshine. Right up until yesterday she was running and jumping and playing. I just don't understand it.

Re: Noelle has passed over the Rainbow Bridge Sorry to hear about your baby passing! I also lost our beloved Kocoh on tuesday. We rushed to an after hours clinic because she was not eating and was not using the bathroom, all though she tried. They wanted to keep her over night but they would not take care of her like I could, up every 2 hours to check on her and feed her. She had a UTI and was getting better but tuesday she took a turn for the worse and we sent her over the bridge to be with the others that have passed. Kocoh was a ray of sunshine when she was up. She was my hubby's baby. She will be missed sooooooo much. Kocoh you were loved by everyone in the house and Daisy misses you too! Love you baby bird!!!!

Re: Noelle has passed over the Rainbow Bridge I'm sorry to hear about your baby too. It's so hard. My ferret Bo, my charming little man, recently had a tumor removed. It was cancer. I've been trying to get him to gain weight. He's so thin and I worry. I'm feeding him a prescription (Hill's AD) food from the vet in a soup consistancy and he just loves it but he's still so thin. This is in addition to his regular kibble. I use 2 parts Totally Ferret to 1 part Zupreem for their diet. I've also added some Aller-G3 fatty acid about 0.3 cc every other day. I think it's better than Ferretone as there is less sugar in it. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully he will get better soon but I'm preparing myself in case he doesn't.
